Question: Did I have a lucid dream?
Well I have been trying to for a couple weeks and tonight I fell asleep listening to a lucid dream “induction” mp3.
I woke up and remembered a dream i had: I had the opportunity to have sex with a celebrity (i can’t remember who now) and I remember thinking in my dream “I am lucid! I better get undressed quick while I am still lucid so that I can have sex and enjoy it better!”,
I was thinking this while I was taking my clothes off and I was seeing myself do so in a full-body mirror in that bedroom.
Eventually it just faded into a normal dream i guess because I can’t remember anything else
But do you think I was actually lucid dreaming, or I was dreaming that I was having a lucid dream since I’ve been thinking about it so much lately?

Any dream where you develop a state of awareness can be considered as lucid dreaming. So I would say that you did have a lucid dream. And it is very common for awareness to fade.
